Saturday, June 14, 2003 Rancho San Antonio

The Announcement

On Saturday, June 14, we'll do an easy hike at Rancho San Antonio. We'll leave here at 9, start the hike at about 9:30, and hike about 2 hours. If you've never been to Rancho, there are a wide variety of hikes available, from dead easy to fairly hard. We'll do something that is "easy" on the "Wimble Scale". The climb will probably be a total of 100 to 200 feet. We'll go up behind the farm, maybe up along the stream a way, and, depending on what people feel like then, either go over the hill or back to the farm. We may split into two groups, if necessary.

Bring at least a small bottle of water - though a larger one would be better. A snack is always good. We won't be stopping for lunch on the trail, but people might go out for lunch afterwards - you never know.
