The Announcement

It's Hidden Villa, for a wild-flower-romp.

Everyone survived the Henry Coe hike yet again. We left with 9, we came back with 9, and it was the same 9 people. Always a good way to do a hike.

We took a different way around the loop. I'm not sure it was any easier over all, but it was certainly easier near the end. Thanks to Sherman's bushwacking of a new trail off the side of a cliff, we didn't even get attacked by the swarms of flies and bees.

So, Saturday we leave here at 9 and begin hiking about 9:30 at Hidden Villa. We'll probably take the Hostel trail up to the ridge line. That usually gives us the best wildflower exposure. Plan on 3 hours. A moderate hike.

See you all then.
